Reading with Walter - July School Holidays

Walter, the dog, is returning to the Gore library these July school holidays to listen to more stories.

Children aged seven to twelve years are able to register for a ten minute Reading-with-Walter time on Wednesday 17 and Friday 19 July.

Perfect for children wanting to gain confidence reading aloud.

Term time sessions - for babies and preschool children

Wriggle and rhyme 2019

These 30 minute sessions are for parents and caregivers with babies under two and will help stimulate your baby's brain and body. Movement helps children to develop the skills they require later in life for reading and writing.

Held Wednesdays 10.00am at Gore Library.


Painting 1

Toddler Time 

Join us for stories, rhymes and an activity. Suitable for 3-4 year olds but younger children are welcome. Approximately one hour in length. Held Tuesday 10.30am at Gore Library and Friday 10.30am at Mataura Library.
